Newly decorated bedroom with exclusive use of living room, shower room and toilet. Living room includes a TV with Fire Stick. Room is within a spacious 4 bedroom family house which is situated in the beautiful village of Scone, just 2 miles from Perth. Scone is home to Scone Palace, Perth Races, Perth Airport (great rates available to guests completing pilots license) and has all essential amenities including regular buses, supermarket, butcher and baker as well as many beautiful walks. The space Bedroom is newly decorated with modern wallpaper and a cosy neutral carpet. The room can be set up in many ways with a single bed (maximise floor space), 2 single beds or a double bed to suit a range of guests. There is a private living room with TV including Amazon Fire Stick and Netflix included, as well as a super comfy sofa. The bedroom also has direct access to a modern shower room with power shower, sink and mirror. There is also sole use of a separate WC which is located across the hall from the living room. WiFi and private parking are also included. Guest access In addition to the private bedroom, living room, shower room and WC guests will also have access to a fully equipped kitchen and utility. Guests can also use the dining room with beautiful dining table, in discussion with the hosts. Guests are welcome to utilise the fully equipped kitchen and utility with oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests will have a shelf in the fridge and some cupboard space made available to them. During your stay Our family are friendly and sociable and will warmly welcome guests into our home. However, with significant private areas available our house offers a great space that suits the needs of a variety of guests. Other things to note Our family includes my wife, 2 children aged 14 and 12 and our Sprocker Spaniel “Alfie”.
