Charmwood, relaxed detached cottage in the polder

Lovely stay in a relaxed, warm, vacation home, completely private, in the tranquility of the Eempolder. Charmwood is located in the polder between the farms. In front of the house on the dike, a protected bird breeding area begins, where you can enjoy hiking. Especially in the early morning or at the end of the day, you can enjoy the most amazing sunrises or sunsets. The space Charmwood is a warm, relaxed 90m2 vacation home, quiet and completely private with private parking. It has French doors to a large (fenced) garden, surrounded by greenery. Inside, there is a relaxed atmosphere with cozy fireplaces in the bedroom and living room. There is plenty of firewood available. There are also candles and seats everywhere. Warm plaids, outdoor candles and bamboo sticks for marshmallows are ready to sit outside cozily by the fire, even in the winter months. In good weather, you can also cook outside on the gas BBQ and/or above the fire pit with tripod. Charmwood has 1 bedroom with a double bed and an extra guest bed. It is possible to create an extra sleeping space in the living room with a single or double bed. This is then stylishly and cozily shielded with long linen curtains. A baby cot can also be placed on request. With all the necessities such as, linen, high chair, plates, cutlery etc. The open kitchen has a Nespresso machine, Smeg kettle, oven and dishwasher. Everything is available to prepare a good meal. Guest access Charmwood has a relaxed atmosphere with lots of windows and light. The garden is fenced and is completely private on a private plot of 1500m2 with parking. Bicycles are waiting for you. There are many hiking and cycling possibilities, through the various forests, polders and vast heaths. Walking with the dog is also possible, there are many free areas in the immediate vicinity. Often with a nice place for a coffee or lunch. Within cycling distance, you can find good restaurants in Laren and Blaricum. Shopping can be done on foot, there are 2 supermarkets, a bakery and a greengrocer in Eemnes. The cities of Amsterdam, Amersfoort and Utrecht are half an hour's drive away. Other things to note It is possible to stay with four guests. An extra single or double bed can be placed in the living room. This is then cozily shielded with long linen curtains. There are also blackout curtains in the living room for all windows and the French doors, but not for the skylights. A baby cot and high chair can also be provided on request.
