Very private and quiet loft, ir is a top floor so it is like a penthouse with a private roof above, with lots of light, great for a professional visitor, near condesa and restaurants, elevator to flat, and parking inside premise. parking inside premises for only one compact/small car size of a Honda "FIT", size of parking: 5 meters long, 2 meters wide, 2.30 meters high. After 8:00 pm no loud noises, just to be nice to our neighbors in the building. We do live in a very nice community. The space Top floor loft with a roof deck area, Centrally located studio, very safe neighborhood, access to great transportation, near Condesa and many shops and restaurants. Guest access We have a private roof deck for this unit, that is basically just to smoke if you want (clean after) and enjoy the panoramic view, we have no seating up there. Other things to note We will not tolerate loud music/noise between 8:00 pm and 9:00 am. If you are staying more than a week we require that "you clean the space", if items are damaged due to lack of cleaning we will send a notice to airbnb. Like a very dirty stove full of mildew and grease. We expect to receive our things in the same condition as we deliver them. If you would like us to recommend you a person to do cleaning we can do so. You need to clean the space and keep in the same shape as it is delivered to you. Very seldom the elevator may be serviced and you will need to use the stairs. If house key is lost, a $50 USD fee will be charged. If you need parking access I can give you a remote control for the door if lost the replacemnet is $150 USD. We will leave instructions on how to use the washer and dryer, and use the Washing machine. Use only TIDE detergent. Smoking is not permitted inside premises, but can be done outside in balcony, please just clean after. Or in the priveate roof deck. If the BUZZER rings and it NOT for you, please do NOT let that person in, same when you enter the building, do not be kind and let a person in that does NOT have their own key. The TV has cable and many channels, and there is a phone for local calls. The trash is disposed of it downstairs in the parking area at the backside, we have 2 containers for organic and inorganic, which is the only separation we do. We have the washer and dryer inside the apartment. For long stays you will need to buy more items for cleaning and washing
