Our guests can enjoy the independence of navigating Piantini’s attractions by themselves since all of the attractions are at a short distance. Morning coffe is more enjoyble from the 15th floor balcony. The windows brings morning light, brightening the apartment with natural sun light. The bedroom is comfortably air conditioned and our kitchen will allow guests to prepare their own home cooked meal. Guest can also order from any of the international food delivery applications. Any issues or concerns will be addressed within 24 hours of reporting it. Parties and loud music are not allowed. If this rule and other rules shared with you are broken, the host reserves the right to immediately ask you to vacate the residence without any refund. If any damages are made guests will be responsable for them. To make your trip memorable and enjoyable make ensure that the unit and building’s rules are followed and respected. All consumable are reposnsabiliy of the guest to replenish if need be. GUESTS WELCOME PACKAGE: A complementary cleaning service will be provided based on the guest schedule for any stay of 5 days or more. For any additional cleaning service, a US$ 12.00 fee or the equivalent in RD$, can be paid at the time of the service to the cleaning person.
