Charming apartment in a historic building on the first floor. In the yard there is a small outdoor seating area. The lovingly furnished apartment in the Old Town Hall is located in the tranquil Herrentierbach, which has around 300 inhabitants. It combines historic charm with modern living comfort and was extensively renovated in 2025. Warm shades of red give the rooms a particularly cozy atmosphere. The apartment can accommodate up to five people. There are three bedrooms available to you – including The space A romantic four-poster bed for heavenly nights, a spacious kitchen-living room, and a bathroom with shower and toilet are available. In addition, there is another toilet in the hallway. There is no separate living room. Instead, the cozy kitchen-living room with two comfortable armchairs and a TV invites you to relax, read or have a TV evening together. The vacation apartment is located on the first floor above the office of the rental agency Hohenlohe. In the courtyard, wooden benches invite you to wind down from the day – whether with an after-work beer, a glass of wine or simply in a quiet atmosphere under the open sky. Two free parking spaces are available directly at the property. Thanks to its generous layout and comfortable furnishings, the apartment is also ideal for longer stays. We would be happy to create an individual offer for you. The neighborhood in the town hall is located in the center of Herrentierbach, a small village with about 370 inhabitants. Nearby destinations: Langenburg Castle (13 km), Rothenburg ob der Tauber (27 km), Weikersheim Castle (28 km), Schöntal monastery, Schwäbisch Hall(38 km). Please specify the number in your booking. The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of people (including babies and infants). It must be agreed with the agency if additional people are in the cottage during the day. The minimum rental period is always 3 nights for all people.  The minimum rental period also applies to people who are only temporarily guests in the property. A reduction in the number of people after the conclusion of the contract does not result in a change of the rental price. Pets: may only be brought in agreement with the rental agency and for a fee, in the number previously specified. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed in bed, on the sofa or on the armchair. The dog droppings in the garden and around the vacation property must be collected. We ask that you vacuum before your departure to remove the animal hair (swept clean). For technical reasons, it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the power supply of the holiday property. This is not designed for this and may result in fires. For each subsequent contract change we charge €20 processing fee We reserve the right to charge a deposit of €500 for a rental to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days in case of complaint-free departure. If you use the house commercially, you would have to indicate this with us.
