Lounge on the sunny deck— it's private with plenty of space for a BBQ, dining and cocktail areas! The neighborhood is quiet and street parking is free. Walk to the beach or Abott Kinney for shopping and great restaurants! There is no need for artificial air conditioning as the plentiful windows provide plenty of fresh, cool air. •When you are not in the mood for sunshine, every window has wood shutters that close for your complete privacy. The floors are Spanish tile and soft, light wool carpeting. •Parking on the street in front of the house is free. It is not usually a problem to find a space—but keep in mind, street sweeping is Wed & Thurs 8-10am. (just pay attention to the parking signs everywhere in LA) •Located 1 block from Abbot Kinney Blvd., where you’ll find shopping, food, fun and entertainment. •It's about a mile to the beach— close enough to walk or ride a bike— but far enough away to avoid the noise, parking problems and traffic congestion. Guest access Guests will have the entire upstairs of the duplex to themselves. A laundry room on the ground floor. Other things to note The entry to the space has a steep staircase so keep in mind. Also the back staircase to laundry are spiral stairs which can be difficult to manage for some people. The apartment is not childproofed. Registration Details HSR22-001737
