The house is a lovely and functional family bungalow. It has a relaxed, open feel with lots of natural light. Sheltered, south facing garden with direct sunshine right through the evening. A 20 minute walk from Totnes town centre and close to the river, play parks and country walks. The space There is a large kitchen/dining/living area with double doors onto the sheltered, south-facing back garden. Bedroom 1 and 2 are at the front of the house and a third bedroom with a pull-out, double day bed comes off the living space at the back. All bedrooms have drawers or hanging space for clothes. There will be ample fresh linen and towels for guests. If you’re staying with children, we have a nice selection of toys and arts & crafts to keep little ones busy. The sunny garden has a picnicy table with a parasol and guests will have full use of the bbq, charcoal, log store etc. The TV has no aerial but can be used to sign into Netflix, iPlayer, YouTube etc. There is ample on-street parking at the front of the property and we also have a steep, private driveway. Depending on the time of year and whether the slugs have spared some, there should be tasty treats in the front veg beds which guests can help themselves to! Guest access Access to entire home, apart from studio at the bottom of the garden which will be locked. Other things to note For guests with toddlers, please note there is a shallow, open pond in the back garden.
