Welcome to this charming Catskills cabin in the hamlet of Smallwood, less than 2 hours from NYC! Relax and unwind surrounded by nature while still centrally located to many attractions. 10 minutes from Bethel Woods. Less than 10 minutes from White Lake with waterfront dining, boat and Jet Ski rentals. 20 minutes from Resorts World Casino, Kartrite indoor water park, Holiday Mountain Ski Resort. River tubing, Legoland, state parks, hiking, swimming, breweries and more! The space Cozy but comfortable . Well equipped with everything you need. Spend your days relaxing on the deck while watching the hummingbirds and deer or reading a book on the enclosed front porch. Or come back from a day of adventuring to s'mores by the fire pit before sinking into one of the comfy beds to recharge for tomorrow's adventures. In addition to the two bedrooms there is a full size sofa bed on the enclosed front porch. We love our sweet little cabin and we know you will too! Guest access Guests will have the entire cabin and yard to themselves. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars or 1 car and a boat. Parking on the street is not permitted by the town. Other things to note The cabin is cozy and has only one bathroom. The cabin is deep cleaned in between each stay. But it is still a cabin in the woods and is rustic. We have well water which has been tested and is safe to drink but we keep a zero water filter in the fridge if you would prefer. There is a single window air conditioning unit in the living room and multiple fans. We find that this cools the whole place nicely (to our taste). Even in the height of summer the temps are usually quite cool at night and we are often able to switch the unit to fan mode and open the windows to cool the cabin down beautifully. We do not have AC in the bedrooms although if you open the doors and turn on the fans the unit in the living room will cool the bedrooms as well. The window unit is not usually installed until JUNE although if we have an unusually warm spring it may go in earlier - feel free to ask! Registration Details RT 13450325
