With 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite), lounge, utility room & kitchen diner leading out to the garden. The outside has ample room for lounging, BBQ & features a kids play area with 'spring free trampoline', climbing frame with swing & slide. We have a cat who can be in a cattery for your visit. The space The house is spacious and well set out. It's walking distance from Worthing’s bars and restaurants. We’re also situated 1 minute from Homefield park, with tennis courts (house comes with access code to courts) and skatepark. We’re in a ‘supermarket golden triangle’ just 5 minute’s walk from Morrisons, Lidl and Waitrose. It’s a lived-in family home, so there are bumps and scrapes, but it’s well looked after and professionally cleaned. The bonus is the house is well set up for families with bikes & scooters (suitable for approx. 9-11 year olds), sewing machine, clay kit (with 2 x wheels) and plenty of arts & crafts stuff you are welcome to use. The accommodation is as follows: Ground Floor: - Lounge with plenty of space. - Kitchen with dining area (table extends to seat 8). Separate crafting table. There are two steps down to the shower room, which is quite small and potentially an awkward turn, but we can send pictures for wheelchair access if required. The house has 2 x locked office rooms, which will store all our junk. But the rest of the house and garden you have full access to with 2 x off-road parking spaces.
