Dating from the 17th century, with its staircases classified as a Historic Monument, the Hotel de Vigniamont will open its magnificent door to a beautiful residence articulated around its interior patio, a well of light for the 6 adjoining rooms. Located at the crossroads of the Languedoc coast and the Hérault hinterland, Pézenas has retained an architectural heritage from the 15th to the 18th centuries. Pézenas is linked to Molière who often came to play there with his troupe "L'Illustre Théâtre". The space Our house dating from the late 18th century offers a space of 650 m2 on 3 floors. On the ground floor, a double bedroom and a triple suite each with its own bathroom with shower. A first floor, the living area: a large living room, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen. Also on this floor, a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub. On the second and top floor, a large majestic suite that can accommodate up to 4 people with bathroom with bathtub; a triple bedroom with bathroom with shower, a private suite with double balneotherapy bathtub, its private terrace and its Jacuzzi. A large solarium terrace with tables and a plancha is also available. Our house is located in the heart of Pézenas, you can park in the town hall parking lot located less than 1 minute from the house. It can accommodate up to 18 adults. You can easily add a baby bed in each room if needed. We don't allow dance parties. No animals allowed. The house is non-smoking. Guest access The house is totally private. Other things to note A security deposit must be paid before entering the premises. An inventory will be made before your arrival as well as on your departure. The deposit will then be returned if the house has no damage and the inventory remains the same.
