It is composed by 2 elegant apartments, both on the first floor with private entrance. Each apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, one of those is a mansard ideal for children. Rustico Pastoria has a large garden with benches, barbecue, playground and a small swimmingpool. The space FOUR-ROOM APARTMENT 6 PERSONS: 75 sqm. Flat on 3 floors: on the first floor living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and a balcony. On the second floor: a double bedroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom with shower/wc. On the third floor mansard one room with 2 low beds for children. EQUIPMENT: fridge with freezer, microwave, 4-flame gas cooker, dishwasher, "Melitta" German coffee machine, toaster, kettle and satellite TV, hair dryer. Large garden equipped with barbecue, tables, benches, sunbeds and small swimming pool (open from 01st May to 20th September). Private outdoor parking 100 m. from the house, bike storage on request, washing machine (in the communal areas on request and against payment), free WiFi. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Key delivery at the Ledro Vacanze - Lake Project agency in via Cassoni, 28 in Pieve di Ledro between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm for the check in. The check out will take place in the office, the day of your departure, between 9.00 and 10.00. Arrivals / departures at different times must be previously agreed with our staff. A late check-in fee may be charged for arrivals after 18:00. Other things to note The price includes the consumption of electricity, water and cooking gas. The apartments are equipped with: blankets, bed covers, mattress covers, pillows and kitchen utensils. Free use of the swimming pool (open from 01st May to 20th September). The sheets and towels can be brought by the customer or rented before arrival (€ 10.00 per person for change of sheets, € 5.00 per person per change, for towels). Heating is an extra cost and will be calculated according to consumption. Pets are not allowed. There is the possibility of renting baby cots and high chairs with an extra cost to be paid on site. Free internet connection in the apartment. A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. Tourist tax to pay on the spot: € 1,50/person/day (excluded children until 13,99 years).
