Walking distance to downtown Opelika & courtyard square with fine & casual dining, breweries, a distillery, wine bar, coffee shops, ice cream & retail. One block to Stern Dog Park with picnic areas and walking trail. Also, close to Opelika Pickle Ball Courts, Sportsplex, Tennis center, OHS, SU Community College and Winn Dixie Grocery. 3 miles to Tiger Town /Auburn game shuttle! The space ⭐️ Single drive way for one guest car. Stairs are located on the side of detached garage into studio guesthouse . Open layout- beds are located in the open room with a counter dividing kitchenette area. Bathroom has a shower and small closet with hangers and rolling cart with shelves for personal toiletries. Guest access ⭐️ Drive way, studio guesthouse and driveway with outdoor furniture. Family lives on private property by detached garage/carriage guesthouse apt Other things to note ⭐️ Outdoor friendly family cats wonder the yard and you may see them. Our dogs are kept inside our family house but we let them out in a separate space that does not affect the guest area. ⭐️ If you are bringing your dog please always have it on a leash outside on the property and crated inside if you are leaving your furbaby while you are not in the studio house.
