Furthermore: a living room in blue/green, the kitchen in white/beige plus bathroom with shower and toilet. In this offer, the apartment is rented as a whole. The space The landlady lives in the house with her children and a kitten. Please note: whoever is here lives in a house in which a FAMILY lives (!!!). It's also a bit more lively here... so there can be a few (children's) shoes (...) that you can step over. The entire staircase and hallway are used by everyone who is there. The way to the apartment leads through a shared staircase (17 steps plus 15 steps). If necessary, the landlord's washing machine and dryer can be used. There are small and charming rooms each about 12/13/14 sqm. It is an old house (1876) that invites you to dream with many colors, designed with love. Guest access The house also has a small courtyard, small garden and balcony. By arrangement, these areas can also be used. There is also space to park bicycles. A child's bicycle seat can be rented. We are also happy to welcome single parents and children. Other things to note No smoking in the entire house and on the balcony. No parties either. Preferably quieter people. Quiet hours at 10 pm.
