For year-round comfort, the room is equipped with a ductless mini-split system that provides both air conditioning and heat. Other things to note **Flexible Check-in/out** We know travel plans often shift, so we offer a one-hour grace period for early check-ins and late checkouts free of charge. Should you need more time than that, we are happy to accommodate requests when my cleaning schedule allows for a fee of $30 per hour for early check-in and $20 per hour for late checkout. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure the space is ready for you! **EV Charging Available (Level 2)** We offer convenient on-site Level 2 EV charging for guests during their stay. Charging is billed at $0.40 per kWh (based on exact energy usage). To use the charger, please let us know prior to check-in or send us a message during your stay, and we will share access instructions.
