Franklin Farm Cottage

We are 5 minutes to Arrington Vineyards and the barn at Sycamore Farms, 15 minutes to Historic Franklin and Cool Springs Retail, and 30 minutes to downtown Nashville. The space Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home (with an additional pull-out couch in the living room) is nestled in the back part of our property that shares a long driveway with the owners' home. The home has a full-size kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and a Keurig coffee maker with complementary coffee (please bring more pods for longer stays). There is a washer and dryer if you need to clean laundry (please bring your own detergent). Towels, extra linens, iron, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash are all provided for your convenience. We have one TV in the living room that has local channels, and we also provide an Amazon Fire TV Stick for watching Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. Relax on the private back deck overlooking the neighbor's horses. Keep an eye out for deer, wild turkeys, and our friendly cat, Pootie! Conveniently located just minutes from Arrington Vineyards, Historic Franklin, and downtown Nashville, our homes provide the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Please note the low ceilings in the lofts and use caution when climbing. We have a total of 8 acres. We live in the brick house on the front part of the property. There is plenty of privacy and room to explore the premises. Guest access The house is located down the long gravel driveway on the left. It cannot be seen from the street. Please drive past the brick house on the right until you reach the white house in the back. Please park in front of the garage or in the designated parking spot. Other things to note We have a 43 gallon water heater. Please spread out your showers for larger parties. Please observe the no smoking rule. We live in the main brick house on the property and also have another short-term rental listing. Please reach out to us if you need more space.
