Spacious colourful Bohemian style family home with large garden in award winning Penarth The space Our large happy home is perfect for families. We have lots of space for lounging, dining and plenty of space and toys for play. Our home is suitable for children with additional needs we have lots of sensory toys and a pop up dark den. You can park in the driveway and there is space in the hallway for coats, buggies etc. Downstairs is open plan with a large kitchen diner, utility and WC. This leads on to a large playroom or lounging space with French doors to the large garden. We have a lovely large garden with mini playground, mud kitchen, and pool and plenty of space for children to play and adults to relax. We also have a separate front room with another TV, play consoles, and sound system. Upstairs is a 3 large bedrooms; a huge room with a kingsize futon and a cot and lots of space for additional beds. There is also a double bedroom and a nursery with toddler cot bed and a single futon. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower. There is additional space to sleep downstairs including a double sofa bed and very comfortable corner sofa. There are lots of toys and books for children in the house and we can make our high chairs available if requested. We will leave basics for guests to use and make space for you to make yourself at home. We will also leave maps and brochures as well as personal tips for the area.
