The space This a semi detached property in a quiet residential area in Chilwell. The property has 4 bedrooms in total, and a kitchen, dining room and large rear garden. Parking is also available on the side of the road where spaces are usually always available. The room itself is very large and comes with a chest of drawers,and a wardrobe. The property will be self maintained during your stay to give you full privacy, however we will sparingly come by the property at times to clean/ inspect. Guest access Access to all areas except the garage which will remain private to the hosts. During your stay We do not live at the property, however please contact us with any questions or issues. Other things to note You will access the property to the side of the house, there is an open gate and path to the front door. Upon arrival you will get the keys to the property from a security box affixed to the rear of the property, your keys will be labelled with the number 1. Once you book you will be provided with the 4 digit key code to access the security box upon arrival. You will have 2 keys (one for the front door and one for the rear). When you checkout please leave your keys in the security box where you got your keys from and rearrange the code. Please be aware of the following. - There is no tumble dryer but there is a rotary washing line outside and a heated electric dryer inside for all guests to share. - The bathroom is located downstairs. The TV is not available. - Please provide your own toiletries (shampoo/shower gel/toothpaste etc and towels) - We are quite strict on our 10pm to 7am quite hours as this is a quiet residential area and our neighbours get up early for work so are not very late going to bed. - You also have access to the garden anytime. - Please note the room has an internal latch door lock and external door padlock. - There is no TV license for this property so please do not watch live TV / live streaming services on the premises in line with the UK TV license guidlines/ rules.
