This is a great little character home in East Vancouver. It’s a private secondary suite. The futon couch is firm. The queen bed is high end memory foam. Everything is recently renovated. Ceiling is low so tall (>5’11”) people may be bothered. Internet is fast. 43” TV with Apple TV is in the living room. The large hall closet has hangers and a clothing steamer. No air conditioning but stays cool. The space It’s a private space. You can come and go at anytime of the day. Guest access You have the studio suite, private entrance, office and full bathroom all to yourself. Other things to note We have a security camera system around the house exterior. We have lots of smart home electronics for convenience. Including lighting control, multimedia, automated thermostats and electronic door locks. There is a drug and alcohol recovery centre beside us but don't bother us other than they sometimes talk loudly outside.
