Private bathroom/Quiet location

The house is located in a small quiet Close which is next to a creek and a park and located within an Estate and has a "no through road". The bedroom, bathroom and toilet are exclusive for you and are located at the front of the house. My bedroom and ensuite are at the back of the house, so you have total privacy in your section. My home is around the corner & walking distance to Coles Sugarworld shopping centre & the Edmonton PCYC sporting complex facility which backs on to my Estate. The space The back patio overlooks the garden (as per the picture) which is a lovely place to have a meal, drinks or to just relax after a busy day. I live right next to a creek, so birds often come to the property in the morning & afternoons. Within the Estate, there is a park that has a gazebo which you are welcome to use at anytime. There is a pathway that surrounds the creek that is great to use for morning or afternoon walks. This area is fully maintained by our local Council. Guest access Kitchen, lounge, dining room, outdoor back patio, laundry are shared areas of the home. Other things to note Meet AirBnB Cat Host "Holly". Be the lucky guest that is welcomed to our home by Holly. She has six years experience of "Cat Hosting" and knows the "cat rules" like not being allowed in the guest's bedroom. Holly likes to check you out on arrival and then tends to leave you alone for the rest of your stay. She is a beautiful loving cat considering her earlier life. Holly's backstory: Six years ago, a stray cat arrived on my back patio one morning and I soon realised that she had been abused. She was five years old at the time and only 2.6kg so I thought she was a kitten. I soon found out that this was not the case as she had in fact run away from family who had just moved into the Estate and they admitted that they were going to 'get rid of her'. She never went back to their home, and I couldn't find it in my heart to send her away, so I decided to keep her and give her the love, support, safety and food that she deserves. She is a tiny cat and wins the hearts of all the guests who meet her. I keep the place clean and tidy and vacuumed all the time so there is no fur.
