Ideal house for rest and work, fully equipped

Greatly lit, plant-filled, ventilated one-level house. With all the amenities for your stay: wifi, ceiling fans, AC in all areas, fully-equipped kitchen, large fridge, patio and garden, three hammocks, outdoor tables and barbecue, parking lot and electric gate, washer and dryer. I live in this house and only rent it when I am traveling for work, so it is fully equipped and very cozy. 5 minute walk to the Pitillal riverwalk, and 30 min walk (5 min drive) to the beach.
