Your space is a walk out that faces the ravine where you will see deer, eagles, hawks and turkeys. You will have two bedrooms, a kitchenette and full bathroom with a shower. This space is the lower level in my home converted to an apartment. One of the bedrooms has a large fireplace (decorative with candles in the hearth). Note: the ceiling heights are not ideal for very tall people. Both bedrooms have great windows looking out to the ravine. The kitchenette is set up for simple meal prep with a two burner induction cooktop, air fryer oven and microwave. Lower level and my washer and dryer on the main level upon request.
