Great summer cottage in Son near the lake and golf course

Cozy summer cottage in funky style rented on a weekly basis from May-August. The cabin is located high and free with nice lake views and a short distance to the common beach with jetty and diving tower, only 5 min drive/cycling or 15 min walk. 10 min from Son city center with nice restaurants, shops and jetty. Large plot, nice lawn for games and play, 3 bedrooms with double beds and bunk beds. Open living room with dining area for 12. Good corner sofa with fireplace and projector/screen for TV viewing via Apple TV. The space The cabin is located at the top of a cul-de-sac, right at the top overlooking both the lake and the fields. In the basement there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and bunk beds, a total of 9 beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed and corner sofa that can be used. The cabin is equipped with duvets and pillows for 15 people. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, large fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker and waffle iron. All dishes, cutlery and glasses/cups are intended for 15 people. The outdoor area is large and sunny. Large plot wraps around the entire cabin. On the back there is a trampoline with a little bounce - perfect for sleeping/sunbathing. We have 3 river kayaks available that can be used if desired. Fun bathing kayaks by the beach, not so good for paddling forward. In the shed there are 4 bicycles that can be used to go to the beach/Son center. If you like to play golf, Soon golf course is 2 minutes away. Guest access Guests have the entire cabin and all amenities at their disposal. Other things to note Please note that the cabin is 20 years old and has been repaired somewhat, but the bathroom, kitchen, etc. are original. There is also a mountain wall/cliff on the back that is 6-7m, so you can't let small children run freely.
