Hello traveling researchers, scientists and grad students. I've rented to Penn&Drexel-related travelers for 20 years now. It's possible to have your own bath, if available. It is sunny, cozy and everything new. Happy to welcome anyone who needs a place for 3 months or longer. Longer-term preferred. I also rent thru other platforms, but requires security deposit. I do my best to keep calendar in sync when rooms are taken. The space It is a beautiful house and all newly renovated. If there is any problem, it will be addressed right away. As well, there may be a small project or repair happening during your stay. Things will be planned to have minimum impact on you. We do not discriminate based on age, gender or race. Please don't engage in that behavior or ask me to. If you do either of those things or engage in behavior that is unfriendly or unkind to me or another guest, or illegal, I reserve the right to cancel your reservation and I will not give a refund. I am at the house every day and maintain a safe, comfortable and friendly environment. Both men and women stay at the house and all requests to stay at the house are approved by me. Currently, children are not permitted as guests. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and require an additional deposit. All bedrooms have locks on the doors. Bathrooms as well. Guest access 3h parking on our side of the street. 1hr parking on the other side of the street. Free parking can be found 1-2 blocks from the house During your stay I am available when needed. Normally, that should be before 8pm. Otherwise your issue may not be addressed until the following day.
