UNIQUE, spacious studio in the Highlands!

The whole group will be comfortable in the spacious and unique space. You will be staying in a working photography studio. Decorated with eclectic furniture, hardwood floors and beautiful photographs. The studio offers a full kitchen, spacious living area, deck and shared fenced backyard. The Highlands is charming neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and shops. I love the atmosphere in my neighborhood, you will find vintage clothes, vinyl records, and local breweries. The space The space is a WORKING photography studio. It is decorated with eclectic, vintage and unique photo props. Most of the furniture in the unit is what is used for my photographs. The sofas/ chairs are not in perfect shape they are ripped, stained and well loved! They have been used on many photo sessions. I really think you will enjoy the atmosphere. Kitchen is a full working kitchen. Electric stove stove and cook top, 44 cubic inch fridge, microwave, Keurig, laminate countertops. It is not perfect but it has all the tools you need to enjoy a wonderful meal. Guest access You have access to the entire unit. There is a full kitchen and a private bathroom. Out back you have a deck and a shared, fenced backyard Other things to note For an additional fee of $20 we allow pets. Please respect the other guest and don’t allow dogs to continuously bark. Quite hours are from 10pm-10am. Please be mindful of the other guests. This unit shares the building with two other airbnbs therefor we do not allow visitors between the hours of 10pm-10am. No exceptions. This unit doesn’t have control on the heat/air. However there is a window unit that you can use to make yourself comfortable. My building has three airbnb’s and is located on a very popular street. This airbnb is located between two other units one above and one beside the unit. Therefore you may hear the other people and or outside noice. We have done our best to add noise cancellation products as well as we provide a fan and a noise machine. If you are a light sleeper this unit is not for you.
