Set in charming Essex, this renovated 3 bed home is walking distance to everything Essex offers - the Charlotte-Essex ferry, public beach, restaurants, library, and the beloved Essex ice cream shop. Within a few miles, you can find many farm stands, gorgeous vistas of the ADKs and Grn Mtns, and hiking for all ages/abilities. Easy to access attractions include Ausable Chasm, White Face, Lake Placid, Fort Ticonderoga, Shelburne Museum, VT Teddy Bear Factory, and Burlington. 1st floor bed/bath. The space During the bitter cold winter months, we recommend only having 4 guests (using the two upstairs bedrooms) because the first floor bedroom can be chilly. Guest access You will have access to the entire 3 bedroom unit of the house. There is also an attached apartment where we have a long-term renter. The AirBNB and renter each have separate rear decks, which are on separate sides of the house.
