Welcome to Prince Charles Main - the main suite of my downtown Kamloops home. This home is walking distance to Royal Inland Hospital and Pioneer Park. Did I mention that it is kitty corner to the wading pool at Prince Charles Park? 15 minutes to anywhere in Kamloops, The space This space is in a well established and desirable area of the Sagebrush neighbourhood in downtown Kamloops. Most homes in the area were built mid-century and it is just blocks from Elementary and High schools, the Sagebrush Theatre and a short walk to all that Downtown has to offer. The property is kitty corner to Prince Charles Park, which includes a wading pool and playground, picnic tables, hosts the summer outdoor theatre, and century old trees. The Sagebrush Theatre is Kamloops' only performing arts centre. The SBT is a community venue that is home to Western Canada Theatre, the Kamloops Symphony, School District 73, and many local performance groups. Additionally the Sagebrush hosts touring acts, music groups, and can be rented for work meetings and office parties. The back yard is fully landscaped and irrigated and provides beautiful golden-hour views of Mt. Peter and Mt. Paul. It has been updated with beautiful landscaping a newer kitchen, flooring, paint and bathroom. It includes a full size top loading washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher for your convenience. The home is fully furnished with 2 queen sized beds and one sofa. The master bedroom features newly restored and rare original hardwood floors from the 1940's. There is a closet in each bedroom and ample cupboard space fully stocked with cookware to accommodate extended stays. The living room includes a sofa and comfy chair. The TV is wall mounted with Netflix for a cozy evening in. Inside the kitchen you'll find all major appliances so you can prepare your own meals and clean-up quick with the dishwasher. Cooking utensils, a couple large pots, and a couple large frying pans should make preparation easy. The kitchen is connected to the covered patio by a door in the dining room. The rear porch is covered, overlooking the backyard, garden, and beautiful golden-hour views of Mt. Peter and Mt. Paul. The bathroom is newer and fully tiled. You'll have mountain views and fresh air from the shower window. Guest access You will have private access to approximately 1000 square foot (100 square metre) main floor of a house. There is another suite downstairs which may or may not be occupied during your stay. The entrances are private and have the convenience of keyless locks. We'll send you your personal key code on the day of check-in. You don't need to meet with us to get access to the suite. The access is through the front door from the street or back door through the 6' privacy fence and gate. There is a concrete path from the sidewalk along the street. You can book last minute stays conveniently. Once you book, I'll send you your key code. I normally answer inquiries up to 11pm.
