Kindly switch off lights, air-conditioning, and the electric stove when not in use. Only registered guests are permitted entry to the building. Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Before arrival, we require a copy of a valid ID or passport for registration with building management. Security Deposit: Due to frequent loss of access cards, a refundable security deposit of PHP 3,000 is required. This deposit covers replacement costs for lost cards and will be refunded upon check-out when the access card is returned. Access Card Processing Fee: A mandatory processing fee of PHP 350 is required for issuing the access card, which is needed to enter the unit, use the elevator, and access the gym and pool.
