Quiet, cozy, and ideally positioned, this condo features lovely lake vistas, shared use of a dock on the property, and a flatscreen TV to help you unwind from your daily excursions no matter the time of year. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, Airfryer, toaster oven, and coffee maker. This studio is wonderfully located less than a mile from central Rockwood, which has a restaurant, a marina, and equipment rentals. Mt. Kineo State Park and the nine-hole Kineo Golf Course are just across the water, and are easily accessible when you launch your watercraft from the community dock. In the summer, you'll have a front-row seat to hiking, cycling, fishing, and boating; come winter, this area is fantastic for snowmobiling on the surrounding trails and skiing at Big Squaw Mountain 16 miles south. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is not equipped with internet.There are three boat slips available on a first-come, first-serve basis; the dock can be busy in the peak of summer. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
