Located on the paradisiacal beach of Japaratinga-AL, the "Pé na Areia" beach house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, all with ceiling fan and split air conditioning, social toilet, living room with 2 environments, WI-FI, Sky satellite TV, American kitchen with 2 freezers, refrigerator, water cooler, microwave, electric oven and all utensils, large terrace overlooking the sea, barbecue, garage for 3 cars, etc. Note: At CHECK OUT, THE ENERGY USED DURING THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED. Guest access The guest will have access to every room in the house. Other things to note Commemorative dates such as Christmas, Carnival, New Year's Eve, Holy Week, holidays and long weekends, etc. I make a package, price ON REQUEST send question to the owner. A HOUSEKEEPER and a CARETAKER are included, the guest will not need to pay for these services, as they are already included in the daily rate.
