A scenic, cosy but spacious, private annex. Situated in walking distance of Old Colwyn, which has plenty of amenities. Within driving distance of popular tourist hot spots such as Llandudno, Conwy, the Snowdonia range and a short walk to Eirias Stadium for gigs and events. Check out our Guidebook for a full summary. The space Our annex enjoys sea and hill views either side. It is a private, spacious but cosy space sitting next door (and detached) to our house. The Annex is accessed by stairs. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy our scenic garden and private courtyard. Other things to note Please note we have introduced a 2-night minimum stay to maintain our high standard of hospitality and cleanliness, by facilitating easier changeovers. If dates appear unavailable, don't be afraid to message as we may be able to be flexible in accommodating your requests. To support multi-night stays, we have recently added a Ninja Double Stack Airfryer to our list of kitchen amenities, giving you more flexibility in preparing meals.
