Kid-friendly home with FREE bikes & private garden

It's our familie home, that's why we prefer to host to other families or couples. It's the perfect space for max 2 adults. And up to 4 kids. Newly renovated home! Two light and bright bedrooms and since we LOVE to cook, there is a big kitchen with everything you could need and more. There is everything you could need for children age 0 to 8. Like an indoor Trapeze bar/swing/rings. And a big trampoline & mud-kitchen outside. Also many many games and toys. Free parking in front of the house. The space ... I'll add more photo's tonight! ENTIRE HOUSE = You have the entire house to yourself. The smallest bedroom will be closed, since we'll store our private belongings there. LIVING ROOM = Big, bright and everything you could need. Big fully equipped kitchen, big table with 3 tipp-trapp chairs and 4 Gipsen chairs. TV, L-sofa, playpen, Trapeze, games toys etc. TOILETS = We have 2 toilets. One downstairs and one upstairs GARDEN = Trampoline, table, mud kitchen and inflatable pool. BATHROOM = Both normal and rain shower. There is a Bathbucket that's easy to place and fill. Ideal for kids, but also a perfect bath for adults! BEDROOM I = One 2p bed (140x200) and a co-sleeper (120x60, sleeps our almost 1year old) BEDROOM II = Two children beds (one = 120x60, sleeps our almost 5 year old) (other one = 160x80, sleeps our 7 year old) (there is a third mattress, also 160x80 that can be placed on the floor). ==== Are your children older? Than we can place up to two 1p mattresses on the floor! ==== NEIGHBOURHOOD = Calm and friendly neighbourhood with free parking in front of the house. There are many playgrounds & groceries shops at walking distance. Also restaurants and ice cream shops etc. We live very close (walking distance) to beautiful beautiful nature like 'Stratumse Heide' and cool (kid-)museums like 'preHistorisch Dorp' and 'van Abbe museum'. BIKES = kids bikes & steps are free to use. Adult bikes can be rented. We also have an electric cargo bike to rent out 'cargo bike long from bakfiets.nl' EXTRA's = We have 4 fans! So even when the heat is on you'll stay freshhh ;) Guest access You'll have acces to entire house (except 1 small bedroom) and private garden. Other things to note - Tourist taxes from Eindhoven are not included, it's 3,50 per person per night and need to be paid cash at check-in. - Only fair use with utilities! - No smoking and no parties.
