This apartment is truly an urban oasis. It's cleanly decorated w/ modern touches and drenched in sunlight. The unit is on the back of the building, so you're completely guarded from the annoying noises of the city. This apartment building is pre-war, yet well maintained and incredibly spacious. It's located on one of the most popular blocks in East Village, with countless bars and restaurant just outside the door. Conveniently located near the F, L and 6 lines, blocks from the park. The space The space is seriously huge. No closet bedrooms here! Each room also has multiple windows letting in beautiful morning light. You'll have access to a closet in the bedroom to hang your things, and we have 2 powerful AC units - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. This is also one of the few East Village buildings with an elevator! We also think you'll like all of our plants :) I've got a list of around 25 of our favorite bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, so let us know if you'd like any advice. This apartment is our home (not a commercial Airbnb), and we only rent it while traveling. We're looking to host people who will love it as much as we do! You'll truly feel like you're living the NYC life here. You're walking distance from Tompkins Sq Park, and very close to the F subway line. The 6 line and L lines are also very close. You won't need to take cabs anywhere unless you want to! As hosts, I'm very responsive. I've traveled a lot using Airbnb, so I know what guests are usually looking for (good communication, easy check in, clean space)!
