Guest Bedroom & Guest bathroom. Living room has a pullout couch & a second couch sleeper sofa. Would comfortably sleep 4 adults & 2-4 well behaved children. I will most likely not be around during the check in/out process. I have a key pad entry on the garage I can be reached easily via text or phone for any questions or concerns. Quite neighborhood in northeast Roswell. 5 mins to downtown, hospitals, & dining. 15 mins to airport & bottomless lake state park. Single car garage and off street parking for a vehicle. Parking is available for vehicles on the street as well
