Lively neighborhood offering all amenities, nice pedestrian street close by, cinema, bars and restaurants all around Place de la Mairie, very pleasant. The apartment is located in a very quiet residence, no street noise, a real haven of peace; it is bright, fully equipped, with a nice balcony with double access from the living room and bedroom. Other things to note A small companion lives here, a cat named Jumpy, however he is perfectly autonomous and you will not have to take care of him, he has a kibble vending machine and a cat flap (no litter in the apartment).
