Suberb flat for exploring Oslo!

Our light and airy family house is centrally situated, only 9 minute tube ride from central oslo (the tube is a 4 minute walk away). It is the perfect location for exploring Oslo. It comprises three bedrooms, whereas one is a large double, one a single and one a nursery with a bunkbed, as well as kitchen, lounge, lavatory and bathroom. Not to mention a spacious terrace! The space Upstairs there are three bedrooms: one is a large master bedroom with a comfy double bed, one a single bedroom with one single bed and a cot, and one is a lovely nursery with a bunkbed. Downstairs you'll find an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area with a comfy sofa and big TV. From here you'll have direct access to our secluded and spacious terrace! Guest access You will have access to the whole house, the terrace/patio, but not the garden exclusively as this is shared between all of the neighbours Other things to note What we will provide: - Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel - We will provide bedlinen and towels, and would be most grateful if you could strip the beds and put the bedlinen and towels in a bag provided (please hang the towels outside on the terrace if they are not dry) Rules: - this is a strictly no-smoking house, and should you wish to smoke outside please close the doors and windows to the house so the smoke doesn't get inside. - the garden is shared with all of our neighbours, and we ask that you keep the noise down and show consideration. No loud music allowed, and no music after 9 pm. - the trampoline is the garden can be used by children (no adults) between 12:00-17:00
