The space This accommodation is our family home 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Currently in Guadeloupe, we continue to keep our family residence alive through Airbnb rentals. ✅ it consists of a large 40 m2 living room, a fully equipped and modern kitchen with Tassimo coffee maker ☕️ ✅ A 100m2 terrace will offer you moments of conviviality with its seating area and jacuzzi 🍹 ✅ A charcoal barbeque (charcoal not provided) and a swimming pool (installed from May to October) will allow you to have a good stay Great for families or for a moment with friends 🎉 🚼 Our house is equipped to accommodate guests with toddlers (high chair, crib with bars and a changing table)👶🏼🧒🏼🍼 At your disposal, board games, foosball, table tennis. 🏓⚽️ You have access to the entire house with an enclosed plot of 3000m2 without vis-à-vis. 🏠 For extra security, our villa is equipped with an alarm and outdoor cameras. The entire security system will be unlocked remotely. 🚨 Guest access Check-in and check-out are self-service. 🔑 You will find key boxes, and we will give you check-in and check-out instructions when necessary. Check-in is from 4 p.m. Check-out is before noon. Want to check in before 4 p.m. or check out after 12 p.m.? We offer early check-in and late check-out for a few extra euros, please let us know. Our house is 15 minutes from the A5 Vulaines exit, 1.5 hours from Paris by highway, 🛣️ 45 minutes from Troyes (a city known for its factory stores), 45 minutes from Auxerre, 1 hour from Chablis (a city known for its excellent white wine). 🍷 Other things to note We are renting out our family home, we ask that you respect the premises, so we do not want any gatherings to party there. 🪀 Our children lend toys as well as board games, please respect and take care of them. 🧸 Eager for your well-being, we listen to your remarks and reinvest regularly. 🐾 We welcome pets with an additional charge of €50 per stay. You will be asked to clean up any droppings and hair. Dogs are not allowed upstairs in the house. 🐶 🥖 7 minutes away is a butcher shop, a grocery store that is run by Emmanuelle, she can offer you ready-made dishes. A catering service is always interesting when you arrive on Sunday.
