A self contained 2 storey villa with loads of character! A 5 minute walk to city buses and 5 minute stroll to local cafes, restaurants and shops. Enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay in your very own space. We’re roughly 100m from the water for a nice spot to walk with your coffee in the morning or have a kayak or fish. The space The unit is two storey with kitchen, dining and lounge on lower levels. With a 50inch smart TV for those cosy nights in. Bedroom and bathroom ensuite on the top level. A queen sized bed and large room with old style piano. A windy, metal staircase connects the two levels and completes the little home away from home. Strictly 2 guests unless pre approval provided prior. No on sight parking although we live in a wide safe street with plenty of complimentary parking. You will have no troubles getting a parking spot directly out front. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the unit.
