Private room in luxury flat, close to city centre

Lovely, fully furnished room to rent in a luxurious and well-equipped, 2-person shared apartment. The flat is ideal for a) a professional person or academic staying for a while or based in Leipzig or b) for a single person on holiday who wants a stylish alternative to an expensive hotel as a base for exploring the city. Your host is fluent in English (his mother-tongue) and German and will take his time to make sure you feel at home. The space The house and apartment in this classic Leipzig town-house and historical listed building were completely renovated to a luxury standard in about 2007-08. The bathroom and kitchen are tiled, all other rooms fitted with real wooden parquet. Hall, kitchen and bathroom have halogen roof spotlights. The ceilings are 3m or more high, giving a very airy feeling to the flat. Guest access Hall, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. By prior arrangement, you can also use the 30m² living room / home cinema. During your stay I am often at home and available to get you settled in and help you whenever you want. If you want privacy, peace and quiet then I'll leave you to yourself. Otherwise I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note If you would like to be picked up from the airport I can do this for a donation of 25 EUR to cover the costs of the car-sharing vehicle and journey. It takes 20-30 minutes from the airport to the flat.
