We are in Sarita Vihar 'Greenest Colony in Delhi' and the green cover, with 10 public parks around our home justifies this tag. It is a safe location, with gated entry/exit point & 24/7 surveillance cameras in the area. Our duplex apartment is on 2nd floor, is well ventilated, and receives ample sunlight. It is usually quiet, and the beautiful mornings here are accentuated with chirping of birds. Our space is a reflection of our travels around the world, with a bit of our own style. The space The room is fitted with a window, not too large as not to disturb your sound sleep. The double bed in the room has two side drawers and two plug points for bed side device charging. Room is adorned with a full length mirror with natural cut wood table front. The Sarita Vihar and Jasola Vihar metro stations are just 5 minutes walk from our house. Prepaid taxi service and Uber are usually always available, even at odd hours. We are under five minutes ride away from one of Delhi’s biggest hospital, Apollo Indraprastha. Born in Delhi, we both would love to show our city around to our guests. While Isha has worked in the travel industry for over 7 years and can help with travel suggestions, Varun will make sure you get the best food and city sights suggestions. Guest access The whole apartment has two bathrooms, with one bathroom exclusively for the guests. The bathrooms are equipped with hot water geyser, glass partition and western style toilet seat with faucet. Open terrace, living room and TV room are common access areas, and are comfortable for those long conversations or those quiet reading sessions. We have a list of books from travelogues, fiction to non-fiction, and would be happy to lend some to our guests. We only use RO (reverse osmosis) water for drinking and cooking. We also provide Iron, iron table and hair dryer. We also have an automated washing machine, which the guests can use too. In case you need any additional cleaning during your stay, then please let us know in advance. We understand that some flight arrivals can be at odd hours, hence we have no issues with late arrivals. As mentioned above, we are in the greenest colony in Delhi and are situated next to three jogging parks, basketball court, and an open-air gymnasium in the park. the nearby market has shops for all your needs. Other things to note We are on the second floor of the building, one would need to climb stairs for access. Also, although we have equipped the home with all comfortable ammenties and we don't charge extra for utilities. But for longer stays, we would be covering the bills up till the usual billing cycle. Any additional usage, would be shared with the guest fairly.
