Guests enjoy access to hotel facilities, including swimming pools, a gym, and direct beach access. The area is very walkable, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and beach clubs nearby. ⚠️ Please note that noise from nearby clubs may be heard, especially in the evening. The space The Jayakarta Residence is located within The Jayakarta Hotel complex, offering 24 hour security and direct access to Legian Beach. This 700 sqft apartment unit is on the 3rd floor, with a balcony facing the parking area. It comes with basic kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is very walk friendly, with easy access to mini marts, shops, cafes, and restaurants. ⚠️ Important notes • The Jayakarta complex has a policy restricting outside food and drinks. Groceries for personal use are allowed. Take away meals are generally discouraged, and food delivery services are not permitted and may be stopped by security at the entrance. • There is no safe or lockbox in the unit. Please keep your valuables secure, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage. Guest access Guests have access to The Jayakarta Resort swimming pools, pool bar, fitness center, restaurants, and direct access to Legian Beach. Other things to note • Daily housekeeping is provided. To skip cleaning, please place the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Housekeeping will not enter while the sign is displayed. Remember to remove it when you would like the unit cleaned. • The kitchen is available for your use, but basic cooking items such as oil or seasonings are not provided. Please purchase your own. • Bath towels are changed every 3 days. Pool towels are provided. • We have a smart TV, but streaming accounts are not provided. Guests may log in using their own accounts. • Due to the building’s older piping system and use of mineral and salt content water, stainless steel and tiled surfaces may show water marks over time. The shower may also have a slight odor at first use. Please let the water run briefly before showering.
