You'll have a bosphorus view while staying in our flate located by the sea, on İstinye Marina; With its central location, you can walk to the beauties of Istanbul, Yeniköy, Emirgan and Tarabya beaches during your stay, you can go fishing, you can ride a bike. You can reach the American Consulate, Koç University, İstinye Park AVM in 5 minutes. It can be used for 5 adults with 2 double King Size bed and 1 sofa bed Guest access All areas of the house are ready for use for our guests. The most beautiful place of Istanbul is in the Bosphorus. We offer you a unique holiday with the magnificent sea view of the coastline and restaurants with world cuisine. We would be happy to host you in our clean and comfortable house. Other things to note It is forbidden to have parties in the house. The smoking area is the balcony area.. (There is a smoke detector in every room of our house.) Passport or ID information must be fully reported in our country and unfortunately guests who do not accept will not be accepted. No matter how many guests have made a reservation, they cannot bring guests from outside. Guests other than the guests cannot enter the house and if they are detected by the entrance control camera outside the house, their stay will be terminated and a penalty will be applied.
