We are nearby and you will have access to communicate with us or a member of our team during normal business hours and beyond. This is however, a self checkin property. We do have an exterior camera on this property on the front door which records video and audio and is motion controlled. It must not be tampered with or repositioned, and if you do so, you’ll be asked to leave and will not be given a refund. Of course, we have no cameras inside the property whatsoever. You also will not allow more than five people in the property at anytime for insurance reasons and local fire marshal code. Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that can be seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Allgreen Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare, but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
