The space The Lower Deck is a cozy, ground-level one-bedroom unit, ideal for couples, small families, or guests with limited mobility. The bedroom is suite-like in size, featuring a king bed that can be split into twins with at least one week’s notice, a comfortable reading chair, a smart TV in addition to the one in the living area, and plenty of space to relax. The single-level layout is also well suited for families traveling with infants. A shaded, gated patio sits just below the Upper Deck—perfect for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or giving pets and kids a secure place to play. A strong Wi‑Fi connection is available for those who bring along work or entertainment, and pet-friendly touches include extra towels and a nearby dedicated dog area, in addition to the dog run. The open kitchen includes a large island, ideal for advanced meal-prep, a dedicated workspace, or family meals, and the living space features a wood-burning fireplace, porthole-style windows, and an open, spacious layout with a quiet, cottage-like atmosphere.
