This spacious 1,600sf cabin features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Whether you're hitting the slopes, exploring scenic hiking trails, fishing at nearby lakes, or unwinding on the front porch, Ivy Pines is your ideal retreat. The space There is plenty of outdoor recreation to enjoy in and around Pinetop. Nearby areas, like the year-round Sunrise Ski Resort, Woodland Lake Park, Porter Mountain Stables and White Mountain Family Fun Park offer great skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, kayaking, horseback riding and many other activities. When you need a break from the outdoors, visit the quaint little town of Pinetop. You’ll find cute shops and famous restaurants like Charlie Clark’s and The Lion’s Den, with great food and live music. Movie theaters, the local library, Hondah Casino and 2 day-spas are also located nearby. Guest access Guests will have full access to the cabin and its amenities. Entry is simple and secure with a personalized code for the electronic keypad on the front door, so you can check in any time after 4PM - no key pickup required! Other things to note Key Residence Features: - Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, central air-conditioning and heat, a powerful gas-insert fireplace, a large 75-inch TV in the living room, and a 32-inch TV in the master, wireless internet access, free parking for six cars, in-unit laundry machines, and much more - Backyard is fully fenced. The door to the backyard is equipped with a doggy door that can accommodate dogs up to 90 pounds. (Please note, your smaller doggy companions may have difficulty pushing the all-weather flap). -Please note, due to community guidelines, we unfortunately cannot host events/weddings on the property. - Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a $100 fee, paid prior to check-in (2 Dogs Maximum) - Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds - Failure to remove pet waste will result in a $75 fee
