This beautiful Georgian house is Grade 2 Listed - in the very heart of historical Shoreham-by-Sea. Your bedroom is peaceful and quiet at the back of the house and located on the first floor. Your bathroom has a rainfall shower, loo and sink. Breakfast in the kitchen - muesli, cereal and toast with homemade marmalade/ jam The space The house has classic elegant Georgian proportions with real local history (Grade 2 listed). Located in the heart of Shoreham old town, it provides all modern comforts just 4 miles down the coast from Brighton. The house is on a quiet, one-way residential street. There is free street parking or you can use our private off street car port. The shops, cafes, resturants and pubs of Shoreham are just a moment or two walk away, and the beach, river and South Downs are on the doorstep too. This family home is immensely comfortable and spacious - and perfect for a relaxing break by the seaside. We can offer early bag drop off/key pick up and late bag pick up - just ask when booking. We have a secure back garden for bikes, plus private car port. Also, no cleaning fees will be added to your booking. Guest access The guest bathroom on the landing just opposite your room has a lovely large power shower, plus sink and loo. You have exclusive use of this bathroom. Breakfast of cereal or museli, toast and homemade jam in our family kitchen is freely available. Please help yourself to tea and coffee in the kitchen. You are welcome to use the sunny patio to enjoy the evening sun with a drink or cuppa or have breakfast in the garden. We have private, off-street parking behind the house in a covered carport We have a little tabby cat called Kitt. He's a Maine Coon cross and now 2 years old.
