It is located under the roof, with all the charm that this brings (beams, luminosity...). In the heart of a lively district, typically Parisian, with many cafés, bistros, shops, close to the Republic and the Canal Saint-Martin, immortalized in the movie Amélie Poulain! The space It has a large entrance with storage, a large living room with open kitchen fully equipped (coffee maker piston, toaster, kettle, robot, blender, oven rotating heat, refrigerator, dishwasher) There is a large table for family dinners, a lounge area, an office. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, a washing machine and a dryer. Separate toilets. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms, a "parents" bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm and storage, and a children's bedroom with two 160 cm long children's beds (possibility to install an air mattress for 1 or 2 persons if needed). There are lots of games for children (Lego, Barbie, Kitchen etc.) !
