Completely refurbished in Aug 2022, this large, bright, luxury apartment has extraordinary, sunny views across midtown, uptown and the Hudson River. The location is also fantastic; just blocks from Broadway theaters and every kind of cuisine imaginable. Just west, you'll find the Hudson River Park (with boat tours and bike and running paths). And south of that, the Javitz Center. Walk east a couple blocks and you'll find the subways at Port Authority (A,C,E) and Times Square (1,2,3,S,N,R). The space With wide open views across midtown and parts of the Hudson River, this high floor unit is wonderfully sunny and surprisingly quiet. At 1100 square feet, this space is very comfortable for two people, offering a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en suite bath. In the living area, you'll find an L-shaped sofa, a kitchen bar that seats 2 and a dining room table that seats 6. On the other side of the apartment, the second bedroom has been reconfigured to open up to the living room as a Music Room / Office; though with a comfortable day bed and hidden pocket doors, this space converts to a second bedroom very easily, and a second bath is just outside. *Note that, though this unit can easily sleep more, I am currently limiting occupancy to two people to minimize wear and tear on this new remodel. Please be respectful of that. Other things to note *With all due respect, if you are new to AirBnB and/or lack an established rental history here, I'd appreciate your looking elsewhere.
