It sleeps up to 10 people (Queen + 3x Adult Bunk Beds with New Luxury Mattresses: Tuft+Needle, Helix, Leasa, Casper, etc. NOTE: per guest pricing after 2 guests to open up back bedroom. AC, full kitchen, pour over coffee brew gear, Vita-Mix, Washer/dryer, 50" TV, Wi-Fi, FREE Tesla/EV Charging for guests! The space There are two bedrooms. One has a Casper Queen Bed. The second larger bedroom has 3 sets of bunk beds which will only be unlocked if you pay for more than 2 guests. Otherwise you get the smaller Queen room and the family room which has a couch and Lovesac. The bunk beds are Heavy Duty Adult bunk beds; each bed holding 450+ lbs. Each has a different award-winning internet mattress. The Tuft + Needle Mint, Helix Pro, Nectar Premium Mattress, Leasa Hybrid, etc) Each bed is labeled so you can try each of the mattresses out. They all have pillows and cute kids themed sheet sets. The family room has a couch, and 6' Lovesac (perfect for cuddling or doubles as an extra bed). 50" LCD TV complete with a Roku so you can watch your own Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is also a 60" sturdy desk that is on wheels (feel free to move it around including outside on the deck to work outside) and a Yeti Camp Chair that holds up to 350lbs and is super comfortable. There are also 4-6 stools that work as stools or end tables. There is a full kitchen. As well we have an outdoor griddle that can be used (just be sure to clean it properly). Otherwise, you have a full indoor kitchen with pots and pans and plates and cutlery. The Panasonic Microwave is also an air fryer and convection oven, there is also a Philips airfryer, Vitamix blender, and two rice cookers. The deck is completely covered, 16x24 feet, and complete with lighting and 2 industrial patio heaters that are equivalent to 40 standard sized patio heaters. Please do not leave them on when not in use as they use a TON of power. There is a firepit you can use (bring your own wood). There are RV hookups, Tesla and EV chargers (3 total) 2x 50 AMP RV Power, and water hookups, and the yard has a bunch of games including giant Connect 4, Jenga, rope toss, cornhole, and picnic tables. Just let us know if you want the games etc set out otherwise we normally keep them in storage. The bathroom has an ADA higher height toilet, shower and plenty of large towels. Lastly, we have security cameras outside each entrance as well as covering the backyard and driveway. There are no cameras inside the house. We only use these for security since we are away most of the time. It is a short 5 min walk to the town diner, the town bar, and the Car Forest. There are also miles and miles of off-road trails on surrounding BLM land. Plus lots of neat buildings and railway exhibits in town to explore. A NOTE ABOUT GOLDFIELD: The town is 144 people, very remote, and the area gets very dusty as many roads are not paved. We try and keep the house clean; but it is an older building in the desert. One of the windows is broken and sealed off, and we DO NOT have central heat - we instead use several space heaters that can sometimes take a while to heat the place in the winter. This is a more rustic property and that is why it is priced lower than a hotel. We primarily use this property as our own vacation home so as a result we often leave food in the fridge and pantry, boxes of supplies in the living room, and toys and art supplies in the closets. We want to be clear you are not staying in a hotel; it is much more like staying at a friends house. We hope though the extra room, kitchen, laundry, deck and other amenities will make it an enjoyable place to stay. Guest access You can use the whole property with exception of the small trailer, the shed, and locked closet where cleaning supplies are stored.
