Countryside Chocolate Box Cottage

A beautiful self-catering holiday home, nestled between the bustling market town of Pateley Bridge and the picturesque rolling hills of Nidderdale. A 19th century chocolate box cottage with two luxury en-suite bedrooms sleeping four people, situated near Harrogate. This heavenly abode has been lovingly restored to enchant those looking for a quiet escape in the Yorkshire Dales. Furnished throughout with characterful rustic country “Knock your wellies off charm”. The space Kitchen/dining - This is the perfect space for everyone. Breakfast lunch or dinner, you will find everything you need in the stylish well equipped kitchen; from a washing machine and dishwasher to egg cups and a toast rack! Living room - A delectable setting for two or a social space for four! Snug sofas and arm chairs with throws and cushions adorning them all. Stack the log burner and cosy up in front of the TV. Bedroom 1 - The charming and romantic master bedroom has a luxury en-suite bathroom with claw foot bath calling to you at the end of the day to relax in a haze of bubbles with a chilled glass of prosecco, before falling into the luxury sheets on the super king bed for a fantastic night’s sleep. Bedroom 2 - This cosy double or twin room is perfect for a restful night’s sleep decorated in calming colours to sooth the senses and luxury linens to curl up in. The en-suite bathroom is perfect for either a rejuvenating shower to kick start your day, or a relaxing bubble bath to wind down before bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s so you can catch up with the world or relax with your favourite show in comfort. Outside - To the front of the cottage you can sit on the idyllic bench and watch the world go by or if you prefer a more private setting, move to the side of the property where you can enjoy the sun; from morning until dusk; perfect for brunch or barbeques. This pretty cottage garden has seating amongst the window boxes and potted plants where in the summer months a plethora of colour soothes the soul. Guest access Access -Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am on the final day of your stay. If you want to request an earlier arrival or later departure time, you must contact us no later than 7 days prior to your stay. Please note whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your request, there are no guarantees. Parking is situated in the FREE village car park 2 minutes walk from Bluebell. Other things to note We provide some essentials to get your stay started. You will be able to arrive at Bluebell have a cup of tea or coffee with a biscuit, soak up the countryside and plan your holiday itinerary. There will also be enough logs, sticks and fire lighters for a fire, more logs can be purchased locally. The nearest shops are a short 6 mile drive away. So be sure to pick up some supplies on your travels. If booking for 2 people and you require the use of the 2nd bedroom/bathroom an additional £30 charge will be issued, please let us know when booking if you require the use of the 2nd bedroom/bathroom. (please note the 2nd bedroom will not be set if not required) Please let us know if you would like a twin setting in the 2nd bedroom as we set this as a double normally.
