Nice and large room in a quiet area

The space The accommodation is situated in a quiet area, but only 20 km away from Munich city centre. The room (35 s qm) is located in the attic storey in a row house and offers enough for relaxing. The daybed is 1,30 m wide and can be used by two people. In the room you also find a small kitchen with water boiler, coffee machine, a wardrobe and a sofa. Guest access The big bathroom and the toilet are shared. You are also welcome to use the kitchen and the nice terrace for breakfast.
